Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Marketplace Manager (DACH region) to oversee and grow our German-speaking platforms. This is a part-time and remote role, ideal for someone who is fluent in German and English (Dutch is a plus) and passionate about managing online communities and expert networks.

You will work closely with our existing marketplace managers in the Benelux, US/Canada, and France regions to ensure smooth operations, strong coach relationships, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and support new coaches for the German-speaking platforms.
• Manage relationships with existing coaches, providing guidance, motivation, and feedback.
• Monitor platform activity, ensuring coaches deliver high-quality sessions and users have positive experiences.
• Handle coach-related support issues and coordinate with customer support teams where needed.
• Share market insights and feedback to improve platform features and user experience.
• Collaborate with other regional marketplace managers to align processes and best practices.
• Contribute to weekly payouts and reporting for the DACH region.
  
  

Requirements:

• Native-level fluency in German, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong command of English (Dutch is a plus).
• Experience in marketplace management, community management, or account management preferred.
• Good organizational and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Interest in personal guidance, coaching, or online communities is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to commit part-time with flexible working hours.
