This Responsible Use Policy explains how to use our services appropriately. It applies to all users, coaches/experts, and visitors of our websites and apps.

Important: This policy complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict, the Terms of Service prevail. Nothing here is legal or medical advice.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

 

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your account.
  • Coaches/experts are independent providers. Unless explicitly stated, they are not licensed medical, legal, or financial professionals.
2. Data We Collect
  • Content and sessions are for guidance, education, and entertainment only.
  • Do not rely on our services for medical, legal, financial, or mental health decisions. Always consult a qualified professional.
  • Emergency: If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call local emergency services. In the Netherlands, call 112. For crisis support in NL, contact 113 Zelfmoordpreventie at 113 or 0800‑0113 (24/7).
3) Respectful Conduct

 

  • Be kind and respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or bullying are not allowed.
  • Impersonation or misrepresenting your identity or credentials is prohibited.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or platform features.
4) Prohibited Content & Activities

You may not use our services to:

  • Share or request illegal content or engage in unlawful activity (fraud, scams, money laundering, etc.).
  • Share sexually explicit content involving minors, exploitation, or non‑consensual acts. Strictly zero tolerance.
  • Share explicit sexual content where prohibited by law or our site rules.
  • Promote self‑harm, suicide, eating disorders, or violence.
  • Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attempt to break platform security.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without written permission.
5) Safety & Wellbeing
  • If a conversation raises concerns about safety, coaches should escalate by encouraging users to seek professional help and, where appropriate, pause/stop the session.
  • We may proactively intervene or suspend accounts to protect user safety.
6) Fair Use
  • Use the services in a manner consistent with normal, personal use. We may apply rate limits or anti‑abuse protections.
  • Do not resell access or reproduce sessions without permission.
7) Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks
  • Payments and refunds follow our Terms of Service and local consumer laws. Digital services that are delivered/consumed may limit the right of withdrawal under EU law.
  • Abusive chargebacks or payment fraud may result in account suspension.
8) Data & Privacy
  • We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws (including GDPR).
  • Do not share sensitive personal data in chats unless necessary. Coaches must protect any user information they receive.
9. Cookies & Tracking

 

  • Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other IP rights.
  • You may not upload or use content you do not have rights to.
10) AI, Disclaimers & Accuracy
  • Some features may use AI to assist with moderation, recommendations, or content. AI can be wrong or incomplete.
  • Users remain responsible for how they use information gained through the services.
11) Reporting & Moderation
  • Report violations via in‑product reporting tools or email compliance@consulto.com (or support@consulto.com).
  • We review reports and may take actions including warnings, content removal, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
  • Where required by law (e.g., the EU Digital Services Act), we provide notice and appeal mechanisms.
12) Enforcement
  • We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, protect users, comply with the law, or maintain service integrity.
  • We may preserve or disclose information when legally required.
