Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, elegant, and user-centered interfaces across our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for design with hands-on experience in modern product development, working closely with our frontend stack (React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, TypeScript) and collaborating across design and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Design and deliver user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for conversion and retention.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems in Figma (or similar tools).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully across React/Next.js, TailwindCSS, and responsive design frameworks.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and product design.
• Mentor and support junior designers to help them grow.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fast-paced SaaS or consumer product environments.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools a plus).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, TailwindCSS) and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Lean development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
